5 Reasons Auburn Will Beat FSU in the BCS Championship Game
The
Florida State Seminoles are undefeated for the season. The Auburn
Tigers have one loss and two unforgettable wins for the season. They
will meet each other January 6, 2014, for BCS Championship game.
The Tigers will defeat the Seminoles in this game.
Here are 5 reasons why:
Florida State's Offensive Line vs. Auburn's Defensive Line
The game will feature the classic strength against strength. The Seminoles' offenisve line against the Tigers' defensive line. The Seminoles have allowed 29 sacks for the season. They have allowed 13 sacks in their last five games.
The Tigers' defensive line is tied for third in the SEC in sack totals. They have 28 sacks on the season.
If the Tigers can get to or shake up the Seminoles' Heisman quarterback Jamies Winston, that will minimize the Seminoles' main weapon.
Tigers' Defensive End
The Tigers' defensive end, Dee Ford. Ford leads the team with 8.5 sacks and 12.5 tackles. He also has 17 quarterback hurries. Ford leads an impressive front four that will be in charge of stopping the Seminoles' offensive attack.
Tre Mason
Heisman finalist Tre Mason will be in the same national spotlight and Heisman winner Jameis Winston. Mason heads the Tigers' stout running offense.
Mason needs to set out to prove that maybe the Heisman should reside on the other side of the field.
Corey Grant
While Mason gets all the love, Grant is buiding an impressive NFL resume of his own. The second part of the running tandem, Grant is good. He is 10 yards per carry good.
The running game should prove formidable against the Seminoles' defense.
Team of Fate
Even if you don't believe in fate, you have to believe the Tigers are a charmed team. Their improbale win of the immaculate reception. To the more unlikely win against the Alabama Crimson Tide. The Tigers are a team of miracle endings.
There is no reason the BCS Championship game will not end as miraculously, with a Tigers victory.
