Chandler leaves Knicks game with illness

DALLAS (AP) -- New York Knicks center Tyson Chandler left Sunday night's game against the Dallas Mavericks in the first quarter because of an upper respiratory illness.
Chandler played the first 4:25 before Kenyon Martin replaced him. A Knicks spokesman said it was uncertain whether Chandler would return.
Chandler returned to the Knicks on Dec. 18 after missing six weeks because of a broken right leg.
Martin returned after missing Friday night's game at Houston because of a sore left ankle.
