Mick’s Picks: Three Upsets To Watch For in Week 8
By Michael Pennywark
If it wasn’t for a 2nd quarter meltdown by the Houston Texans, we would have gone 3 for 3 last week–a nice turnaround from the week before. And while a certain singer (who named himself after everyone’s favorite comfort food) once quipped that “two out of three ain’t bad,” I know we can do better. The fact that we missed on the biggest upset of the week when St. Louis beat Seattle was something that I don’t take lightly.
While overall I’m still sitting under 500, things look like they are turning around for the underdogs. That is until you look at this week’s lines. I won’t lie, I think it may be a grim week for the ‘dogs but there are still a few tasty matchups to exploit.
So here they are, your three best picks for week 8
Season Totals: 9-12 SU, 9-11-1 ATS
