Ryan, who is known for his outgoing behavior and confident remarks, has failed to bring success to the Jets after back-to-back AFC Championship appearances in his first two seasons with Mark Sanchez at the quarterback position. Ryan has been a great defensive mind in his years in New York but has struggled to find a quarterback to fit his system.
