Philadelphia Eagles 2015 Offseason To-Do List

10-6 was enough for the Philadephia Eagles to look incredible last year, but that same record has them looking like a struggling franchise on the verge of implosion this year.

If second year coach Chip Kelly plans to win his second NFC East title in 2015, he has lots of work to do. There's personell decisions that need to be made, plenty of scouting to be done, and contract situations that must be taken care of asap.

The offseason is unquestionably important, as it gives struggling teams plenty of time to address all the issues they were plagued with the year before -- and the Eagles more than enough issues.

With that said, what's on Chip's  to-do list for this offseason?
