There is little doubt that this was the most exciting free agency period of all-time.  Waves of trades, surprise moves, decommitments and cuts all came fast furious - leaving us to ponder which moves will work and which ones won't.

Sometimes it's easy to lose sight of the fact that even though most of the big names are off the board by now, there is still plenty of talent left.  Finding that talent however, is a different story.

Teams spend all kinds of resources and sleepless nights on who they will sign and when the top names are gone, that job becomes even harder.
