The G-men have also had an extended break as their Week 4 contest was a Thursday Night affair. Atlanta stands at 2-2 and have been inconsistent to start the year. A 56-14 drubbing of the Tampa Bay Bucs was followed by last week's disappointing 41-28 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Vegas has the line pegged at 50 1/2 with NY a 4 point favorite.

Defying conventional wisdom, is it possible the NYG DST, at $2,400, could be a strong play in this www.FFChamps.com/million? A few reasons it may not be that crazy:

• Turnovers. The Giants are tied for the league lead in INTs with 7. Atlanta QB Matt Ryan has thrown 5 through 4 games.

• Rest and improvement. NY has reeled off 2 straight wins following 2 losses to open the year. The team has played much better, and it was on full display in a primetime Thursday Night thrashing of Washington. 

• Series history. Both recent matchups of the two squads have resulted in one-sided blowouts. In a January 2012 Wild Card game at MetLife, the G-men manhandled the Falcons 24-2. Flash forward to the following season, Atlanta returned the favor by blowing the Giants out of the Georgia Dome 34-0.
